Riley Beres started her career in the entertainment business at 12 years old, immersing herself in theater, improv groups, stand-up comedy, and modeling. Acting has always been a passion for Riley and she’s worked hard through her life to hone her craft. She’s poised and ready to share her goals, dreams, and her story and to learn everything she can along the way. Starting her professional career a little later than most young actors has afforded her an incredible maturity and drive that she brings to all of the roles she earns.
Despite acting being her first love, Riley also works behind the camera as a writer, director, producer, and editor. At the age of 15, she made her first film, “Hope For Our Own: An LA Story,” a documentary that explores the different faces of homelessness in Los Angeles. She went on to create a PSA “A Sockumentary,” one of the winners of the 2nd Annual White House Film Festival under former President Obama. Since then, Riley has created other short narratives, worked for companies such as Summerfuel, ProCon, Maria's Closet, and West Edge creating branded content, commercials and sizzle reels. Founding her own production company, Bearly Sane Productions, LLC, in 2016, Riley is excited to start producing and editing more narrative films. Riley is Avid Media Composer Certified, experienced with FCP, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator.
While filming “Hope,” it became very clear to Riley that socks are the most needed item, but the least donated to homeless shelters. Changed from her experience while filming, Riley wanted to do more for the homeless community. In May of 2013, Riley founded Socks for Souls, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that collects socks, undergarments, and hygiene products for the homeless. In 2017, Socks for Souls, Inc. collected over 100,000 pairs of socks and earned the 2017 GreatNonprofits Top-Rated Award!

"Riley is the kind of actress that focuses on finding the truth in her work -- its all about what she is experiencing, and then the words come. Riley has a huge emotional depth, much more than other actresses of her age and I think this will serve her well as she goes out for parts for dramatic roles which require that. Riley is the real deal!"
